Recognition of Prior Learning
RPL plays a significant role in identification, assessment and validation of an employee's existing knowledge, skills and self-esteem, and provides trainees an opportunity to bring their own informal learning to their workplace.
National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme
The primary objective of NAPS is to promote apprenticeship training and to increase the engagement of apprentices. The programme consists of basic training, as well as on-the-job practical training for various industries.
