LEAP has successfully implemented a variety of programs for students across different colleges, including undergraduate, engineering, mathematics, and polytechnic institutions and achieved a 99% success rate for placements. LEAP also works with already-employed individuals to take their careers to the next level; we are currently contracted by the Indian government to train over 11,000 employees under the Recognition of Prior Learning Program.
Propeller is a program uniquely designed for students enrolled in higher education or vocational training to make them more employable, by giving them essential English communication skills and the confidence to stand out from the crowd. Sessions involve a lot of practice and feedback in the classroom to ensure that learners are well-prepared to face any kind of situation they may come across in the workplace, through simulations and roleplays.
RECOGNITION OF PRIOR LEARNING
Under the Skill India Mission, LEAP has partnered with NSDC to certify employed staff with prior skills. Going beyond our targets, LEAP has already certified over 12,000 hospitality staff across 40+ properties in New Delhi, Mumbai, Jaipur, Hyderabad and Pune.
Skills Test for Employability and Progress (STEP) is a diagnostic tool which assesses students on 14 non-technical skills that are most commonly required by industries in their employees. At completion, LEAP provides detailed individual reports to the students and a compiled institutional report to the institution conducting it. Students gain a good understanding of their current skill levels.
Horizon is a pre-placement training program for technical institutes in collaboration with leading companies across different industries. It includes skill development coupled with on-the-job training, which concludes with a certificate and employment opportunities from the collaborating organization.
